
Good Day fellow vending enthusiast. Today I wanted to talk to you about how a customer or prospective customer knows that your serious about wanting to do business with them. There are several "actions" that you can take to let a customer KNOW that you are serious about taking care of them, some of these are;
- Desire to serve
- Ability to serve
- ability to deliver
- Speed of your response
- Perceived value of product or service
- Easy to access anyone
- Available when THEY call( sorry about this AM Doug)
- Knowledge about what you have will help them.
- Friendliness
We are also serious about having fun while we do it, we joke,we wisecrack, and we engage customers while we do it with the serious intention of giving them a memorable experience.
We are a family, not a team. we are serious about working together, staying together and succeeding together. We realize that many of our customers need help and we are serious about giving it to them, giving it, not selling it!
There are many more things that you and we could do to really help customers understand that doing business with us would be beneficial, but these are some good ideas to get you going and build on. Remember customers have many different avenues to receive their goods, we want to try and show them the benefits of doing business with a great company such as yourselves and us. So that's it people, we are really excited about our 4th annual Golf Tourney coming up this Saturday. The Golf course is holding a couple extra slots open for those late "bloomers" if you have been on the fence about coming, so just give us a call and we will get you a spot!!!
