SEATTLE THIS WEEK

I love the Seattle Ferry system, I'm sure I wouldn't like it as much if I had to take it every day, but it sure is nice for the frequency in which I use it. If I did take it everyday I'm sure that I would Tweet and Blog a lot more because it just seems so "peaceful" thought provoking every time I ride it. Like yesterday for instance, I was trying to figure out how I could make a customer happy after "miss shipping" him something on his order and we weren't gonna have a truck in his area until next week!As I was watching the waves come out from underneath the boat it hit me! Since I was in the area today alls I would have to do is go to another customer for whom we would be delivering sooner and "borrow" the item that we "miss shipped" and take it to the UN happy guy!! This was brilliant(if i do say so myself) and the customer loyalty that came out of this idea was priceless as he couldn't believe that we would go above and beyond to take care of HIS business.Anyway enough blah,blah,blah.....I just wanted everybody to know how much I love the Ferry system. I hope everybody has a spectacular weekend and don't work to much! Enjoy your families, they are the only ones you get!!!!! Curt
