Hey people, I wanted to share with you a letter from a customer that we received recently. It is ALWAYS nice to receive these types of things because you can share it with your entire team to help with confidence and build teamwork! I have "deleted" the Names to help protect the innocent from the CONGLOMO factions at large! :-)

If you fail there is nothing from stopping the other guys from raising prices. I am certain you will get more of our business as time goes on. Like I said before (blank) is the main guy to convince given that it is his branch. Next time you are in town let’s all go to lunch. (blank) is very open minded and always looking for a great deal (I know because I helped train him) I strongly believe we can grow a great partnership. You went above and beyond by jumping in a truck and making the delivery yourself, that shows your commitment to good service.
